Ökofen Biomass boiler with silo and capacity of holding 3.500 kgs of pellets. The system provides all the hot water and underfloor heating throughout the house.

A well and 12,000 litre underground deposit to collect rainwater from the roof, both serve to irrigate the garden on a pre programmable timer system.
